Monthly sessions accrue and may be used at any time provided you remain an active member. Any unused accrued sessions expire and are forfeited if not used within 60 days of membership cancellation.

To show appreciation, when you introduce a new member to Fishkiss in the first 30 days of your Fishkiss Membership, you’ll receive 2 additional sessions as a referral bonus. After your first month of active membership, you are eligible to receive a complimentary session for each additional member enrollment.

Yes! You can temporarily pause your Fishkiss Membership for up to six months with a Freeze Account. You can resume payments at any time and there are no cancellation fees. You can also use the Freeze Plus option, which costs $10 per month and allows you to access your sessions while paying less. With Freeze Plus, you can also gift sessions to friends and family.

Not going to use all your accrued sessions? You can gift your sessions to a friend or family member as long as your membership is active or in Freeze Plus.

You can cancel your membership at any time by calling the spa. All cancellations require 30 days notice, so be aware that you will likely be charged one more time for your membership. All accrued sessions must be used or gifted within 60 days of cancellation or will be forfeited.
